Young Talents Emerge Through Asian Le Mans Racing

The Asian Le Mans Series not only features a variety of teams, cars but also drivers from different backgrounds and experiences. In the 2015-2016 season, we saw the emergence of several young talents under the age of 20 years.

Thomas Laurent (1998) who drove with LMP3 class Champion DC Racing has started his 2017 season with Yvan Muller Racing in both the Porsche Carrera Cup France and in LMP3 in the European Le Mans Series.

Martin Rump (1996), Akash Nandy (1997), James Munro (1997) drove with GTAm class Champion KCMG. Akash recently announced a full season foray in the GP3 Series. James has started his season in the USF2000 series.

We wish all of them great success in their endeavours and look forward to seeing them back in the Asian Le Mans family and racing, be it in the Asian Le Mans Sprint Cup or Asian Le Mans Series.
